The relevestudios.com store accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States. No shipments can be made to shipping addresses outside of the United States.
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment. Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and shipping option you choose. We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. However, some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select "flat" or "rush" shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
We are a small operation and do our best with limited personnel to get things out to you as fast as possible but there occasions where for various reasons a shipment may go out late. Feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns.
Returns
Online purchases must be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Items cannot be returned if opened unless defective. GiftCards and downloadable products cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply. Please Contact Us if you need to return and item.
